Dream Journaling Class at Canon City Public Library scheduled for October 26 – Canon City Daily Record

A dream journaling class will be held October 26 at 10:30 a.m. at the Canon City Public Library, 516 Macon Ave.

Dreams are a series of thoughts, images or emotions that occur during sleep. Art journaling is a practice that combines elements of writing, art, images, text, personal photos, and other materials into an art journal or book. Mix the two and you have a dream journal. There are many resources for interpreting dreams, however, Joanne Suther will help participants learn more. They will explore a variety of questions and techniques while digging into dreams and recording the results. This course is free and open to all ages.
