Liverpool Public Library to host Haunted Garage III this Saturday, October 22 – Eagle News Online

LIVERPOOL — Good scares and happy smiles await at Haunted Garage III.

The Liverpool Public Library Underground Garage will be set up to provide Halloween entertainment from 5-7pm on Saturday October 22.

Library workers dressed in their favorite costumes will greet vehicles packed with passengers of all ages. You never know who you might meet on the tour, but chances are Tulip the dinosaur will pay a visit.

Vehicles must enter the driveway leading to the garage at 310 Tulip Street. Once inside, they will pass stages decorated by library staff as well as volunteers from community organizations such as Edge Federal Credit Union, Golden Bee Bookshop, Greater Liverpool Chamber of Commerce, Help Me Grow Onondaga , Liverpool Community Gardeners, LPL Board of Trustees and LPL Homeschoolers.
Liverpool Fire Service are also expected to join in the fun.

“We are very excited to bring the Haunted Garage back to the library this year,” said Joellyn Murry, LPL Coordinator of Child and Family Services. “Visitors will see new library storefronts as well as new community partners. Families are sure to enjoy the little frights and there will be goodie bags for the kids while supplies last. Tulip will be there to welcome guests and the children will also be able to see a fire truck!

The library will be collecting non-perishable items for its food drive.
